Cuvvur Technologies · License No. 1655831 · Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Effective 4 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cuvvur platform operated by Cuvvur Technologies. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Cuvvur is a cybersecurity awareness and digital safety training platform offering educational content, interactive exercises, and household management tools to help individuals, families and organisations build safer online habits.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Cuvvur account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at info@cuvvur.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access.
Minors may participate through a household account managed by an adult. The account holder is fully responsible for supervising minor members, ensuring their participation complies with applicable law, and obtaining any required parental or guardian consent.
Account holders may add family members of any age. By enrolling a family member, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so and that, for members under 18, you are the parent or legal guardian acting with full consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided for each member, for setting and securing their access credentials, and for their use of the platform.
Personal data of household members who are not the account holder is processed on the basis of the account holder's consent. By enrolling a member, you confirm you have the right to provide that consent.
Cuvvur offers educational tools that may include simulated scenarios designed to replicate real-world threats for training purposes.
You must not use any platform feature to harm, harass, deceive, or otherwise act unlawfully toward any person.
You agree not to: use Cuvvur for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users; reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the platform; upload malicious code or content; impersonate any person or entity; use the platform for competitive benchmarking; or share your credentials with anyone outside your enrolled account.
Cuvvur may suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
All platform content, including training materials, tools, simulations, and design, is owned by or licensed to Cuvvur Technologies. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the platform solely for cybersecurity education. You may not copy, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.
All content and simulations on Cuvvur are provided for educational purposes only. Knowledge and techniques encountered on the platform must not be applied to systems, networks, or devices that you do not own or have explicit authorisation to access or test.
Access to all features of Cuvvur requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance through your account settings. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
No refund will be allotted under any circumstances. Our full Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid, but it does not entitle you to a refund for any current billing period.
Cuvvur may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you confirm you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuvvur Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
While security awareness training is designed to improve awareness and reduce human security risks, it cannot and does not guarantee complete immunity from cyber threats, phishing attacks, social engineering, or security breaches. Cuvvur Technologies makes no warranties that participation in the training services will prevent unauthorised access, data breaches, or any other security incidents resulting from human error or malicious third-party actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cuvvur's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data or loss of business, regardless of the form of the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Cuvvur platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
