Frequently asked questions

What is Cuvvur?

+

Cuvvur is online cybersecurity awareness training for workplaces, schools and families. People learn through short lessons, hands-on labs and realistic practice phishing emails instead of slideshows.

How do you train non-technical employees to spot phishing?

+

By letting them practise on realistic, harmless simulations. Cuvvur sends practice phishing emails, shows a short lesson the moment someone clicks, and tracks improvement over time.

How much does Cuvvur cost?

+

Enterprise is $12 per person per month, or $10 billed yearly. Families is $9 per person per month, or $7 billed yearly. Workplaces need at least 5 people and families at least 2. Your card is charged at signup — there is no free trial.

Can I protect my family as well as my team?

+

Yes. Families get their own plan with age-appropriate drills, a family leaderboard and trophies, at the same per-person price.

What threats does the training cover?

+

Phishing, scam texts and WhatsApp messages, deepfake voice and video calls, QR-code scams, password and account takeover, and data leaks into AI tools.

What personal data does Cuvvur collect from learners?

+

Cuvvur stores account details and training results to run your account. Hands-on labs use fictional scenarios and save completion and scores, not the text learners enter. Access is limited by role, we never see or store full card numbers, and we never sell your information.

Can a school train staff and students separately?

+

Yes. Schools can invite staff and students into the same institution. Their leaderboards stay separate, so students do not compete against employees. People join through invitations, not automatic email-domain matching.

Which languages does Cuvvur support?

+

16 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Romanian, Arabic, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Vietnamese, Thai and Filipino. Learners can choose their language inside the platform.
