This Refund Policy forms part of the Cuvvur Terms of Service. It explains our position on refunds for all Cuvvur subscriptions and payments.

No Refunds

No refund will be allotted under any circumstances.

All fees paid to Cuvvur are final and non-refundable.

What This Covers

Subscription fees, whether billed monthly or annually.
Seats or members added during a billing period, including prorated charges.
Partially used billing periods.
Unused seats, features, or time remaining on a subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refund is allotted for the current or any past billing period. See the Cancellation section of our Terms of Service for details.

Billing Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error — for example, a duplicate payment or a charge after cancellation — contact us at info@cuvvur.com and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Correcting an error is not a refund.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
